30th AirEuropa anniversary

Pidelaluna boarded on Air Europa plane to organize, coordinate and direct their anniversary gala for employees based on Mallorca. After the speeches and awards to several members of the team, attendees enjoyed performances by Agustin “El Casta” and the musical duo Anglada-Cerezuela.
IB Olympics Gala
Palma Arena – 30th August 2016
An institutional act attended by 500 people to welcome and pay tribute to the Balearic Island Olympic athletes upon their return from Rio de Janeiro. On this occasion, we collaborated with the Government of the Balearics in managing the protocol, assembly, decoration, audio-visual creation and coordination of participating partners and artist.

Pidelaluna’s team led the VIP program and protocol for the best half distance triathlon of the island, in which many athletes of all the world enjoyed of participate in a sport event in a paradise as Mallorca

Different places and hotels around Mallorca – May 2015
An incentive for 30 VIP salespeople that involved innovated experiences, like a motor-cycle ride around the “Sierra Tramuntana” and a diving excursion to explore the sea coves of Mallorca. The reward: a tasty lunch cooked by the famous che Maria Salinas with local products and loads of originality and passion.

I Mallorca Birding Race - ornithologic tourism Blog & Press Trip
The events, organized by Pidelaluna for the “Consell de Mallorca” and Alcudia city council, brought together ornithology experts, journalists bloggers and lovers birding on the island. The objective of both meetings was promoting ornithologic tourism in Mallorca.

Marina Day '16
Alcudiamar Marina, Port d’Alcudia – 11th Juny 2016
Pidelaluna was responsible of the designing and coordinating an open air festival during which many children, adults and sea lovers a complete and funny day full of nautical activities. Leisure activities were topped by a “tapas” contest in which all restaurants of the harbour participated.

Our team had the pleasure, along with the communication department, of designing, implementing and directing the gala for the 100th anniversary of the RCD Mallorca. It was an event full of emotions, in which players and directors that made history and the present team were awarded.
2nd Quantum Thermodynamics Conference
UIB, Palma – 19th-21th April 2015
Pidelaluna coordinated all the aspects of the conference which was organized by the Physics department of the University of Balearic Islands, taking care go the technical secretariat, accounting, registration management, gala dinner, hostesses and attendants’ and speakers’ procedures.
