Our first event in 2013: an incentive for Lindt
Pidelaluna started great in 2013! We had the chance to organize an incentive for a group of Lindt’s salespeople based in Prague. Unfortunately the weather was not perfect during the time they spent in Mallorca, but compared to cold Czech Republic, they were totally satisfied!
The programme for the incentive included the following activities – not bad, what do you think?
Feb. 21st, Thursday.
4.55 pm Arrival at Palma Airport and transfer to Hotel
6 pm Arrival at the hotel, check in and welcome drink
8.30 pm Paella dinner at the hotel restaurant
Distribution of gifts in the rooms by the hotel staff during dinner.
Feb, 22nd, Friday.
7 am Yoga session with Simone, English speaking instructor
9 am Meeting at the hotel meeting room
10.30 am Coffee break
1 pm Standing business lunch at the hotel terrace if sunny
2 pm Meeting goes on until 4 pm
5 pm Guests take taxis to Plaza de la Reina, Palma, where an official guide will be waiting for the group. Tour starts at 5 – 5.15 pm, as soon as all guests are there.
The “Discover Palma through its food and wines” tour includes a stop
in a traditional sweets shop for an afternoon snack + a stop in a wines
tasting location + tapas dinner at a traditional restaurant downtown Palma at 9.30 pm, where the guide leaves guests. Before dinner, 1 hour spare time for shopping.
After dinner, it is possible to have drinks at the Lonja and then at
Paseo Marítimo until late.
Feb. 23rd, Saturday
B PLAN – with umbrellas!
10 am Taxis from the hotel to Plaza de España, “Estación del tren de Soller”, where the guide will be waiting for you with the tickets
10.50 am Train from Palma station to Soller
12 am: Visit and oil and products tasting in Sóller
3 pm Tram to Port de Soller4 pm Pick up from Port de Soller and trip to Valldemossa, passing through Deia and stopping at Sa Foradada viewpoint
5 pm spare time for a coffee, an orange juice and a typical Valldemossa sweet
6 pm Transfer back to the hotel
8.30 pm Transfer to Palma Aquarium and special dinner with the sharks at 9 pm
11.30 pm Transfer back to the Hotel
Today we received an email that filled us with pride and joy by the group leader, who was the Czech delegation main representative. The email said:

Thanks a lot again for the perfect assistance to organize the trip. As I told you in Mallorca, everyone was very satisfied with all aspects, hotel, food, dinner events, trip to Soller etc.
Wish you a great sunny week and who knows, if we have another good year, we might see you again in 2014 🙂
